NEW Class Structure
Online Yoga room is open at 11:45am. So you can come in any time before 12noon.
This is the time to prepare for the class as you chant or mentally vibrate with sacred sound current of the Mantra.
11:45-12:00 Mantra Meditation (You can join anytime)
12:00 Class begins
13:15 Class Ends
This structure is birthed with intention of providing a better environment to go deep within.
Please note that these classes are for ALL LEVELS.
Mantra is a non-religious tool that are offered by ancient meditators.

Regular Class Schedule
(Recordings are sent to all who registered)
Thursday 12noon -13:15 Singapore time
All classes are 75 minutes in length and are held at 12noon Singapore time
(2pm Melbourne/Sydney, 5am London, 9pm, Pacific - evening before).
Class dates:
April: 21, 28
May: 5, 12, 19, 26
June: 2, 9
Energy exchange
You can register for the entire regular 8 class for above dates (including recordings) for just $188SGD.
Package is available until 22 April, This package can be used only on above dates - ie for this series.
Individual sessions are $25/class.
All payments are in Singapore Dollars.
