A regular online Meditation evening with guided meditation and sound activation (which may include voice, language of light, crystal bowls, gong and koshi chimes depending on the guidance of the day).

In each Meditation Journey Rie supports you to step forward with ease and grace at this unique time. We are shifting into a Heart Centred world. The Earth needs your contribution to cultivate unconditional love, compassion and kindness to yourself and others.

Meditation journeys are usually held on
Tuesday evenings at 7.30 to 8.30pm Singapore time.
